The collaborative INCLUSO project (Sept. 2008- Sept. 2010) responded to this concern as it aims to deliver a verifiable proof that ICT, and more precisely, social software tools, can facilitate social inclusion of youth at risk. INCLUSO, after an initial phase of desk research, currently has four pilot projects running in 4 countries. The practical conclusions will be bundled in a Whitebook together with a business and sustainability model for actions implementing ICT in the area of social inclusion.

On 13 and 14 September 2010, INCLUSO will organise in Leuven (Arenberg Castle, Heverlee-Belgium) an international conference on eInclusion of Youth at Risk gathering international specialists in the field of social software use and improvement of social inclusion for disadvantaged youngsters. We expect also delegates from decision making groups such as governments and the European Commission.

Como parte de su esfuerzo para comprender las conexiones entre los recursos hídricos, los sistemas de agua, la seguridad internacional y los conflictos, el Pacific Institute ha rastreado y clasificado la historia de los conflictos sobre el agua.

En esta tarea, el Pacific Institute ha utilizado Google Maps (ver mapas) para trazar la historia de los conflictos del agua desde el año 3000 aC hasta la actualidad. El mapa muestra más de 200 conflictos por el agua, que pueden ser ordenados por región geográfica, tipo de conflicto y rango de fechas.

El mapa utiliza un sistema de marcadores que enumera los conflictos en orden cronológico en la barra lateral de la web.

Las cámaras de seguridad inalámbricas son una combinación cámara, transmisor, dentro de un solo equipo. La cámara de seguridad inalámbrica transmite la señal de video a un receptor, y este a su vez esta connectado a un sistema de vigilancia como por ejemplo a un grabador de video digital DVR (Digital Video Recorder)por sus siglas en ingles o simplemente a un estandar televisor en tu casa u oficina. (conectado directamante a un televisor y no a un grabador no podras realizar un playback para observar lo ocurrido minutos u horas antes de tu llegada o cuando ocurrio un suceso importante que desearias ver de Nuevo).

Las formas y tamaños de las camaras de seguridad inalambricas, son diversas y tienen igual function que las camaras de seguridad por cables ,la ventaja es que no necesitas tirar cables y que son super faciles de instalar.

¿Puedo convertir una camara normal en camara inalambrica?

Claro que si,ubicando un trasmisor en la salida de video de una camara regular y su correspondiente recibidor en la entrada de un canal del sistema de DVR que estemos utilizando para el sistema de seguridad.

¿Que tipo de antenna debo de usar para mayor recepcion y calidad de imagen?

Las antennas uni-direccional son las recomendadas para la mayoría de las instalaciones con sistemas inalambricos que estaran a mas de 500ft de distancia este tipo de antennas envian o reciben la señal de radio en todas direcciones (siempre que sea posible trate de que las dos antennas la del transmisor y la del receptor se vean unas a otras).

Las cámaras inalámbricas son capaces de transmitir a diferentes distancias. Dependiendo en gran medida de la linea de vision que sale desde el transmisor hasta el recibidor. La señal puede ser transmitida a través de la mayoría de objetos sólidos incluyendo vidrio, plástico, madera, fibra de vidrio y algunos metales.

Por lo tanto, el rango real de transmisión depende del número y tipo de objetos por donde la señal de video inalambrica tenga que atravesar ejemplo de esto paredes de ladrillo, muros de concreto, árboles, letreros de carrereras, etc que tendran un rango de unos 700 pies.

Una camara de seguridad inalambrica 2.4 GHz, viene equipada con 4 canales seleccionables esto quiere decir que podemos cambiar la camara a 4 frecuencias diferentes buscando la mejor calidad de transmission/recepcion de audio y video.Se recomienda 2.4 GHz más de 900 MHz ya que la calidad de video de esta es major y 2.4 Ghz aumenta la capacidad de rango de los 200 a los 700 metros, dependiendo de las condiciones ambientales.

La señal generada por una cámara inalámbrica de 2.4 Ghz puede ser (pero no siempre) interrumpidas por el teléfono inalámbrico de su casa si este esta trabajando tambien con RF 2.4 GHz. Si a usted se le esta creando interferencia en las camaras y no está seguro de si su teléfono inalámbrico o de cualquier otro sistema de 2.4 GHz en tu casa u oficina inalámbrica interfiere la cámara, puede desconectar el teléfono inalambrico, el microwave(que opera en esta frecuencia tambien) o cuanquier otro equipo inalambrico para determinar si ese es el problema.

Lo Nuevo en tecnologia inalambrica de seguridad

5.8 GHz es la última y mejor tecnologia en circuito cerrado de televisión inalámbrico para equipos de seguridad. Grabar y ver hasta 4 canales de vídeo con una frecuencia de funcionamiento entre 5645 ~ 5945 (4 canales), con un rango de hasta 300 pies con línea directa de visión.

In all of these cases, the researchers in question have logged time playing WoW as part of their research, albeit some with greater degrees of immersive success than others.

15 Minutes of Fame: Let's talk about the things you did and didn't examine in detail in your book. I'm curious that you chose to explore the player culture in China but not to pursue the specific in-game cultures of hardcore raiders, roleplayers, arena gladiators or world PvP enthusiasts. What drove these particular choices? Do you have any plans to revisit the areas you didn't research for this book? Bonnie Nardi: Being an anthropologist, I am naturally drawn to cross-cultural research. And who wouldn't want to visit China?! Conceptually, China is important to our understanding of World of Warcraft because about half of all players are Chinese. One of my students (a native speaker of Chinese) and I have done some work that I think is pretty interesting (it can be found on my webpage) and has, I hope, made a small contribution toward helping us think about WoW as a global artifact. There are studies of hardcore raiders, but we Woaiedxkjfq don't know much about arena players or PvP, and we should. Over time, I think those gaps will be filled. I would personally love to do it all myself if there were more hours in the day.

I may take a look at the rated battlegrounds when they come out. My kids love battlegrounds and have several twinks, so some family premades would be a nice way to begin to get a feel for the rating system and how it affects play. (I, of course, don't do research in my family guild but can study game mechanics from there as well as anywhere else.) I always read my guild forum -- it's invaluable for learning who players are in real life and about their activities outside of WoW. As a healer (I have been disc-specced in Wrath) and as someone interested in theorycrafting as a research topic, I read the Elitist Jerks forums, PlusHeal and BobTurkey's WoW Blog pretty religiously. I used to read the Dwarfpriest and miss her. I also have a resto shammy that I enjoy very much and try to keep up with shamanistic knowledge.

Recicleta es un taller de reparación de bicicletas autogestionado, al que cualquiera puede ir a reparar su bici. Encontraras herramientas y el asesoramiento de las que por alli andemos echando una mano. Estamos en Córdoba (estado español).

Si necesitas una pieza, ven y tómala. Si te sobra alguna, ven y traelá. Si no tienes bici, ven y trataremos de encontar o construir una con las piezas que tengamos. Puedes tener la bici indefinidamente mientras sus ruedas esten dando vueltas, pero te agredecemos que cuando no la uses la devuelvas para que todas la podamos usar. Si sabes como reparar bicicletas, tienes tiempo libre y ganas, ven y ayuda a las demás.

En recicleta no hay precios ni dinero, lo unico que fluyen son bicicletas, herramientas y relaciones humanas.

New release of XSSer commited!.

This version (v0.7a -testing-) have more "black" implementations than others. there is some new options:

- Added attack payloads to fuzzer (26 new injections).

- Added POST connections. Now you can inject on webforms.

- Added Statistics reports with data about efficiency, connections, vectors, etc..

- Added URL Shorteners. Now is possible to have valid results in short links. for the moment support tinyurl and is.gd. your "malicious" code ready to share!!

- Added IP Octal spoofing for fuzzing vectors. Your remote/local IPs encoded in Octal.

- Added Post-processing payloading. When you see have a valid "hole/payload", you can say to XSSer to prepare the real code that you want to inject. this options is perfect for real attacks.

- Added DOM Shadows!. For this version, this implementation is a server side anti-logging feature. You can inject code using Document Objet Model eval function, to evade some possible server IDS's.

- Added Cookie injector: Now is possible to inject code on HTTP Cookie parameters automatically.

- Added Browser DoS (Denegation of Service). Yes!!. If you have a valid payload to inject, XSSer will prepare you a code for share with victims who "collapse" their browsers. DoS of client browser ready for play friend -scripter- !!

This new version of XSSer v0.7a have more documentation, i added some videotutorials to main site and i think that with this new implementations, will open new ways for XSS techniques.

Of course, new ideas for nexts versions are comming with this "black" style....

Cooperativa de Treball (en constitució) integrada a la Cooperativa Integral Catalana.

Actualment elabora i comercialitza en euros i ecos/ecosenys barres i cercles de cereals, i bossetes de muesli de 150 i 300 gr.

La idea es creixer gradualment en tipus de béns i serveis oferts; produir en ecoviles al Nord i al Sud global, treballar en comerç just internacional amb transports propis, i tenir espais urbans de comercialització-restaurants-ashrams.

La proposta neix el 2003 al Brasil a l'estela del projecte del vaixell Ahimsa, que havia d'anar de FSM en FSM, començant de Porto Alegre a Mumbai. No es va aconseguir un vaixell, però si un gran autobús, el BusOm Ganesha, amb el que ens vam desplaçar al FSM de Caracas i a diverses trobades, fent part del que estava pensat per al vaixell: les Aldees de la Pau als FSM de 2003, 2005, 2006 i 2009. Arrel de la necessitat de capitalització i la negativa a rebre ajudes de grans empreses, es va iniciar la idea de crear una empresa propia en forma cooperativa.

En síntesi es tracta d'una "hippie corporation", aparent oxímoron; enlloc de deixar el camp lliure a la dreta cultural i econòmica per proveïr-nos de béns i serveis, com es feu en gran mesura en la revolucio cultural dels 60, la idea es prendre aquests espais amb la mateixa lògica i propostes. Generar abundància i comoditat material de manera sostenible i ecològica a través del treball cooperat i just. Produir els productes i les "commodities" ambientals que ens son necessaris per construir les utopies que desitgem: des del menjar a la roba, fins mes endavant formes de transport decreixentistes i alternatives, materials per poder construir cases i ecoviles ecològiques, transports verds com bicicletes electriques, etc.

Creiem que per a aconseguir-ho és necessari establir una organització amb la solidesa i eficiència d'una empresa o multinacional capitalista, però amb l'esperit, l'empenta i la missió que ens mou des dels moviments socials altercapitalistes.

Actualment la proposta es combina amb la Coop Integral, però alhora és independent. Creiem que dintre de la CIC, la manera apropiada d'encaixar-se és com una cooperativa de treball d'adhesio voluntària que complementi els serveis que ofereixen els grups d'autoocupació i de treball de la CIC. (Un exemple: portant el muesli envasat en bosses de 1 i 2 euros/ecos per poder vendre esmorzars amb fruites i iogurts a festivals on es desplaça un equip de cuina de la CIC, com al Rototom.)

Es proposa com una de les cooperatives de treball que podrien actuar en el marc dels nous espais que han estat oferts a la CIC a l'Empordà i el Vallespir, en parallel a les activitats econòmiques collectives que s'hi facin.

Qui estigui interessat en unir-se i saber-ne més, ho pot fer a través d'aquest espai a la web social de la CIC.

Busquem persones que ens ajudin amb la questió de la legalitat, registre del logo, contacte amb proveïdors, elaboració del projecte íntegrament, i un cop que es disposi de l'espai definitiu de producció, transport de mercadories i comercials per trobar espais on deixar el muesli i les barres de cereals.

En breu posarem aquí el pre-projecte actualitzat i adaptat.

Desde hace ya casi diez meses que el sol marca mi horario. Despierto con la alarma y voy a trabajar, como la gente de bien. Durante 8 horas al día soy programador a sueldo, picando código que se usara en alguna máquina que no acabo de entender para algún propósito que se me escapa. No me quejo, no es un mal trabajo, buen ambiente, mucho friki a mi alrededor, trabajar al ritmo que yo me marco; estoy aprendiendo mucho. Por las tardes me suele tocar socializarme, a los amigos hay que cuidarlos, asi que solo me quedan las noches libres para hackear en lo que a mi me gusta.

Llego a casa normalmente hacia las diez u once de la noche, mis compañeros de piso a esas horas ya están durmiendo. Con la casa en silenciosa me siento en mi mesa. Frente a mi una ventana a traves de la que se intuyen montañas, con puntitos de luz distribuidos al azar de casas con alguien despierto, y nuves, siempre nuves, creando formas de diferentes tonalidades de azul oscuro, a menudo lloviendo, salpicando de gotitas la ventana. A mi alrededor, una habitacion en penumbra, la luz de la pantalla crea formas fantasmagoricas entre las pilas de libros y papeles que pueblan la mesa y la cama, convinandose con los parpadeos azules, verdes y rojos que emiten los diversos dispositivos, que como tentaculos enmarañados se distribuyen por la mesa conectados al ordenador. Un mate en la mano, me calienta las manos y empaña las gafas si me acerco demasiado. Del ordenador sale alguna musica ambiental, que se mezcla con el sonido del tecleo y del mate. Estas sesiones suelen durar hasta las 2 o las 3 de la mañana, cuando cayendome de sueño me arrastro hasta la cama para dormir mis 5 o 6 horas hasta que el despertador marque el comienzo de un nuevo ciclo.

Ya hace unos tres años que empece tudu, una herramienta que yo queria para mi y una escusa para aprender C++. En estos años de dedicacion esporadica ha ido creciendo, heredando toda mi inexperiencia. Cada poco me toca refactorizar alguna pequeña parte, para que el codigo tenga mas coherencia y se pueda añadir la nueva caracteristica con la que me estoy peleando. Durante las ultimas noches he estado metido de lleno una de estas refactorizaciones, intentando que una parte del programa hiciera lo mismo que ya hacia, pero con un codigo mas claro, limpio y estructurado. Puede ser un poco deprimente, dedicarle horas a escribir codigo que no hace nada nuevo, pero si consigo que el nuevo codigo sea mas corto y legible me doy por realizado.

Espacio 2.0 será un lugar de encuentro en el que durante tres días 15, 16 y 17 de octubre los locales municipales del museo marítimo de Bilbao se transformarán en punto de participación y colaboración para cualquier persona interesada en el arte, el emprendizaje y las nuevas tecnologías.

Será un entorno donde se presentarán píldoras tecnológicas -charlas con una presentación de 10-15 minutos y un debate de hora u hora y media- y donde la gente además de cononcer y debatir podrá ponerse en contacto con lo último en técnica, tendencias y gente que se está moviendo en la escena actual.

Habrá música y video de continuo y la gente podrá proponer actividades complementarias con las ya programadas, p.ej. radio, install party, micro talleres de alguna herramienta concreta, intercambiar trucos y resolver dudas de forma conjunta y colaborativa sobre programas libres.
